and how it is configured on your system.

be able to find the following files:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\AlxTB1.dll
How Alexa Toolbar is configured on your system? Using HijackThis, you should
be able to find the following extra lines in the HijackThis scan report:

The setting related to C:\WINDOWS\System32\SHDOCVW.DLL
is kind of strange, because SHDOCVW.DLL is a Windows system
DLL file. Why Alexa Toolbar is using a Windows system DLL
