temporary profile in windows 10

Q

Have a pc running windows 10 with 2 user accounts. The administrative account has no problem. The second user account has the problem and keeps loading to a temporary user account. Have tried error scan sfc/scannow , reboot and have had no luck with any fixes suggested.
