View Running Applications in Task Manager on Windows 7
How to view running applications in Task Manager on Windows 7? I want to know what applications are currently running on my computer.
✍: FYIcenter.com
If want to see what applications are currently running on your Windows 7 computer,
you can follow this steps:
1. Start the Task Manager as shown in "Start Task Manager on Windows 7" tutorial.
2. Click the "Applications" tab. You will see a list of applications that are currently running on the computer.
3. Review each application on the list. You should be able to recognize all of them, because those applications were started by yourself.
Note that it is normal that you may see a single application name appears multiple times.
This is because you are running multiple copies of the same application simultaneously.
The following picture shows an example of the Application list screen in Task Manager on Windows 7.
There are 2 copies of "Notepad" application running on this computer.
