GoogleUpdaterService.exe is binary file of the "Google Updater Service" program, which connects to Google Internet servers to automatically download and update Google's programs on your Windows system.
Execution command: C:\Program Files\Google\Common\Google Updater\GoogleUpdaterService.exe
From security point of view, you should never allow any programs on your system to automatically connect to any Internet server to download and update programs.
