Startup application DVDLauncher.exe is the CyberLink PowerCinema Resident Program, which allows you to play
DVD movies automatically when you insert the discs into the computer.

If you want to remove DVDLauncher.exe from the startup application list to gain performance and reduce security risk,
you can follow this tutorial.
1. Run C:\Program Files\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe
2. Click "Do a system scan only".
3. Locate the following entry in the scan report and click Fix Checked.
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [DVDLauncher]
"C:\Program Files\CyberLink\PowerDVD\DVDLauncher.exe"
