A modern UI app closes suddenly without warning such as open/close on startup

The Customer can use View all Problem Reports which may tell them why the issue occurred or at least give them the opportunity to tell us about the problem.
To Do this:
1) Go to the Win8 Start menu
2) Start typing “view all"
3) Click Settings on the right side
4) "View all problem reports" should appear
5) Click on the problem report you want to see
6) From there you can copy it to clipboard and post in answers or send the report to MS if it is not automatically sent.
