Trouble changing my auto renewal to "Off".
I'm trying to change my auto renewal to "off" but when I click change it goes to "Help us protect your account" page. I enter the code but it just goes to another one of my other emails again. It keeps recycling the "Help us protect your account" page. Any solutions or tips please?

If so, you may refer to the Xbox support article and check if it helps:
