If your cell phone is connected as a Bluetooth device on your Windows 7 system, you can remove it using these steps:

1. Go to "Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers". You will see your cell phone, "MYPHONE", listed as a Bluetooth device.

2. Right-click on "MYPHONE". You will see the context menu showing up with these commands: 

Control
Modem settings
Dial-up Networking
Create shortcut
Troubleshoot
Remove device
Properties

3. Select "Remove device" command. And click "YES" to confirm the action. You will see the "Remove Device" window showing up. See the picture below:
