I am a new user.I want to know how to add photo on the start up screen where our name is being displayed.I have tried many times but the error comes is account picture fail.

You could just open User Account Setting in Control Panel and select your username and click on photo and then add your own photo. Open start and search for cmd and right click on command prompt and run as administrator and then type: sfc /scannow
